RYAN BLANEY TAMES THE TRICKY TRIANGLE!

On Sunday July 14th, 2024, Team Penske driver Ryan Blaney scored another win at Pocono Raceway in his #12 WABASH Dark Horse Mustang.

Blaney led a total of 44 laps, leading all drivers in laps led on Sunday. Brad Keselowski led 20, Chris Buescher led 19, Josh Berry led 8, and Logano led 3. Being said, a Ford was out front for a total 94 laps during the race, which is over half the laps led.

Blaney has another win at Pocono, which came in 2017, and was also his first Cup Series win, while also being the 99th win for the Wood Brothers.

For having a very rough start to the season for the Ford camp, they surely have things figured out now. Going winless in the first 12 races of the season, Ford has now won 5 of the last 9 races, and hoping to continue the strength this weekend in Indy.

CUSTER GETS HIS FIRST WIN OF THE SEASON!

On Saturday, July 13th, Cole Custer grabbed his first win of the season at Pocono in his #00 HAAS Dark Horse Mustang in the Xfinity Series.

Custer led 25 laps on Saturday to capture the win in Stewart Haas's farewell season. Custer leads the series in points, and over Allgaier by 51 points. Custer credited Doug Yates in his interview, which you got to love as a Ford fan.

“That was some Doug Yates horsepower right there. We definitely had it on the straightaways and man, I just can’t say enough about these guys. They’ve worked so hard this whole year and just haven’t had that final result. To finally get it, is so awesome.’’
